Legal Representation Options

Nexus offers several plans to provide legal services for families at any price point. It’s easiest to think about our different options in terms of flying a plane. Our Flat Fee Legal Coaching sessions put you in the captain’s chair and one of our legal professionals works with you for an hour or more to provide enough information to get you flying solo. Our Limited Representation option puts one of our Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals in the captain’s chair with you as the co-pilot doing some occasional piloting. Full Representation, our most popular option, has our Attorneys and LLPs flying the plane, while you sit comfortably in first class from take off to landing.

Full Representation

Most legal matters are best served by a combination of experienced Attorneys, Paraprofessionals, and Paralegals. With our Full Representation option, you will have a dedicated attorney managing your case from start to finish.

Limited Representation

Nexus is among the first law firms in the state of Colorado to offer representation by Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals. LLPs have the ability to do many of the same tasks as an attorney with some limitations. For example, an LLP cannot represent a client at a hearing but they can draft documents for a hearing and help clients prepare. If you qualify for our Limited Representation option, one of our LLPs will manage your case instead of an attorney.

Flat Fee

A flat fee is a fixed price that is charged for a specific legal service regardless of the time or effort required to complete the task.
